For Chiropractic we accept AETNA, UHC, CIGNA, BCBS, FEP, Medicare, Medicare advantage plans
with UHC, Aetna, Cigna, AND AllWell.

We do NOT take DUAL COMPLETE PLANS/AHCCCS!!!
