New patients please call and VERIFY your insurance COVERAGE

For acupuncture we accept Medicare (BUT not all Medicare Advantage Plans) so please call to verify your benefits. Also, these plans usually require a chronic low back pain diagnosis, so the patient must have low back pain that has lasted more than 12 weeks. We also take BCBS FEP!

For Chiropractic we accept Medicare, Medicare advantage plans
with UHC, Aetna, Cigna, BCBS, BCBS FEP, AllWell and Humana (PPO only). 


We do not take DUAL COMPLETE PLANS!!!

  IF YOU HAVE NOT SEEN THE PROVIDER BEFORE, YOU MUST SCHEDULE AS A NEW PATIENT SO WE HAVE THE TIME FOR THE CONSULTATION! IF YOU SCHEDULE INCORRECTLY WE MIGHT HAVE TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT.
